When I decorate with flowers on a sw...Hi Michelle,<br /><br />When I decorate with flowers on a swirl of icing, I usually place the flower either on top or on the side but do it soon after piping as some icing sets really quick and you dont want a cracked look to your swirls. For those cupcakes that don&...Thanks for the tip! <br /><br />For those cupcakes that don't have a large fondant topper to "smush" the icing, do you have any pointers?
